1:1 Wellness Support
One-on-one wellness support is the primary way we work together. This container offers personalized, ongoing guidance to help you reconnect with your body, intuition, and inner authority—using nourishment, mindfulness, and embodied practice as pathways.
I work with women in seasons of transition — when things feel in-between, tender, or undefined. My work isn’t about fixing or optimizing, but about creating the conditions for clarity, regulation, and self-trust to return.
Because this work is relational and depth-based, I offer support in longer containers rather than one-off sessions.
I work with a small number of clients at a time and begin new connections through an application-based process.

Foundation
Orientation Session — $125
A 60-minute space to arrive, name what’s present, and feel into what support might look like now.
Some people come once. Others use this session as an entry point into longer support.
There’s no expectation either way.
This session can be applied toward a container if you continue.

Ongoing Support
3-Month Support Container — $900
Six 45-minute sessions over three months. This container is for women who want steady, spacious support through a season of change — without pressure to rush or resolve.
We move at a human pace, allowing insight and integration to unfold naturally.
We focus on building self-trust, stabilizing the nervous system, and creating sustainable rhythms of nourishment and care.

Deep Integration
Six-Month Support Container — $1,800
Twelve 45-minute sessions over six months. This is for those who sense they’re in a longer transition or chronic pattern and want continuity, trust, and rhythm as things reorganize.
Clients in this container often name the relief of not having to “figure it out alone.”

Embodied practice is woven into my wellness work as a way to support nervous system regulation, presence, safety, and self-trust.
Depending on your needs and season, our work together will likely include gentle yoga, breathwork, guided meditation, or mindful movement. These practices are always invitational and shaped around your body—not imposed.

200RYT and currently participating in Barry’s Coaching Intensive Training
I currently teach Hot Power at Barry’s Yoga Studio in Fairport, NY Friday mornings.
For those seeking standalone yoga, somatic or meditation support, limited private and small-group sessions are an option as well.

Our work is holistic and integrative, honoring the full human experience. This may include personalized nutrition guidance, mindfulness practices, and simple embodied exercises that support physical, emotional, and energetic alignment.

This is a collaborative relationship. I work with you to co-create a roadmap that balances support with autonomy—so your well-being feels sustainable, empowering, and truly yours.
