About Flow Haus

Welcome to Flow Haus

Meet Ally - A facilitator of self-trust, using nourishment, mindfulness, and embodied practice as pathways home.

My name is Ally Hoevenaar, and this is a space devoted to remembering.

I believe we are not here to be fixed, optimized, or perfected. We are here to shed the layers we’ve gathered through life—experience, struggle, shame, pain, and societal conditioning—and return to who we were always meant to be.

My work is rooted in the understanding that nourishment is not only what we eat, but all that we allow into our lives: our relationships, routines, thoughts, and rhythms. When these are brought back into alignment, the body softens, the nervous system steadies, and something deeper begins to speak.

I support women in reconnecting with their intuition, their vitality, and their inner authority through holistic nutrition, mindful awareness, and embodied practices including yoga. Not as rules to follow—but tools for self-trust.

This is not about becoming someone new. It’s about coming home to yourself.

Let’s find your flow—together.

A note on lived experience

I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease at eleven years old. Living with chronic illness shaped me early—it taught me how to listen, how to notice, and how to sit with discomfort rather than override it.

An autoimmune or chronic diagnosis can feel frightening and limiting. But over time, I’ve seen how these experiences can also become invitations—deepening self-awareness and strengthing intuition. What once felt like a roadblack can become a doorway.

Still, the path can be lonely. And hard. And tender.

You are not alone. I live this. I understand it. I am here to walk alongside you.

While I specialize in working with women and those navigating autoimmunity and gut health issues, my work is ultimately for anyone seeking a deeper connection with themselves and a more honest, sustainable sense of well-being.
