Together, we explore your health history, current experience, and the patterns shaping your relationship with your body and well-being. We begin to clarify your vision—not based on external standards, but on what alignment and vitality mean to you.
This session lays the groundwork for any ongoing work together.
Ongoing Support
Three-Month Container — $710
This container offers spacious, consistent support for deeper integration and long-term change.
Includes:
Bi-weekly 30-minute sessions
Text support Monday-Friday, 8-5 PM EST
Over three months, we focus on building self-trust, stabilizing the nervous system, and creating sustainable rhythms of nourishment and care.
Deep Integration
Six-Month Container — $1,400
This Container offers spacious, consistent support for deeper integration and long-term change.
Includes:
Bi-weekly 30-minute sessions
Text-support Monday-Friday, 8-5 PM EST
This is ideal for those navigating chronic patterns, life transitions, or a desire to move slowly and intentionally. With continued accountability and personalized guidance, you’re supported through the natural ebbs and flows of real life.
Option to renew for an additional six months at 20% off.
